O'Death: Broken Hymns, Limbs And Skin

O'Death
Broken Hymns, Limbs And Skin
Kemando Records [2008]

Fire Drills Review:
I don't know if goth, punk and folk go together but that is exactly what you get from the manic New York band O'Death. The bring the banjo and violin along with the heavy beating drums and guitar while turning up the energy track after track. It is the quick angular and almost post-punk approach that O'Death take on each song, which captivates the listener because you just are not sure where they are going and that is the fun part!

Key Track: "Fire On Peshtigo"
