Restless As The Sun is Casey Brandt's 11th album that he has released on Mungler Winslowe Records since starting the label in 2001. The record contains 13 tracks that were recorded in his basement studio, which gives the album a very lo-fi but full sounding mix. Brandt's alternative Petty/Dylan like vocals weave tales that are intriguing and thoughtful while its pure sincerity rings through and through after repeat listens. This is the type of underground everyone loves to spin!
