Fire Drill Review:
Migration is Takka Takka's sophomore effort and was produced by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah drummer Sean Greenhalgh, and also features their guitarist Lee Sargent, giving the band an extra push of indie credit. The band could have expanded their poppy sound found on their debut but went the other direction by turning down the beats and upping the more atmospheric backdrops. The result is a more mature album that still contains indie underlines which lets Migration offer something new every spin.
