Fire Drills Review:
San Francisco's Loquat sophomore outing Secrets Of The Sea is a breath of fresh air and an almost perfect mid tempo indie record lead by the gorgeous vocals of front woman Kylee Swenson. She takes complete demand of the album with her Sarah McLachlan/Chan Marshall style of vocals. The lyrics are strong, along with the accompanying musicianship, making Secrets Of The Sea a worthy listen. Loquat has real airplay potential or possibly showing up on your favorite television show soon, so be on the lookout for them!
